Yes, sealed, unopened, unused Myzkeene products can be returned / exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
 
You can exchange it for another product of the same Peso Value or a set of products with the same Peso Equivalent as the one you originally purchased. Note however that you will have to take care of the handling or shipping charges.

You may return sealed, unopened, unused Myzkeene products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund - minus handling or shipping. A few simple steps:
 
1) Provide us details via our  RETURN FORM (https://goo.gl/forms/wbo5XmEAdVI7tJav2)
2) Upon receipt of your form, we will contact you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 
Important:
- Returns will only be processed with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Credit Card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the funds to appear in your Statement of Account.
- Shipping/handling of the merchandise for return will be the responsibility of the customer however we fill refund the original shipping and handling cost.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
