Returning a product?
Making it simple when return is necessary.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
We put the best effort to deliver excellent product quality and service, and we hope every customer will be completely satisfied with them. However, we realize that returns are sometimes necessary.
If for any reason you are dissastisfied with the product within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a full refund - minus handling or shipping.
1) Provide us details via our Return Form
2) Upon receipt of your form, we will contact you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns will only be processed with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Credit Card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the funds to appear in your Statement of Account.
Shipping/handling of the merchandise for return will be the responsibility of the customer however we fill refund the original shipping and handling cost.
We do not charge restocking fees.
